End User License Agreement

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This agreement is between you and ScreenBestie, not Apple.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ScreenBestie on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the app remain with ScreenBestie.

You may not:

• copy, modify, or distribute the app
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

3. Subscriptions

Certain features require a subscription:

• billed through Apple via your Apple ID
• automatically renew unless canceled
• managed in your Apple account

Subscription access is managed via RevenueCat.

4. Maintenance and Support

ScreenBestie is responsible for providing support. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

6. Product Claims

ScreenBestie, not Apple, is responsible for:

• addressing any claims related to the app
• handling any legal compliance issues

7. AI Feature

The AI functionality:

• is assistive only
• may not always be accurate
• does not replace professional advice

8. Third-Party Terms

Your use of the app must comply with applicable third-party terms, including Apple’s App Store terms.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply.

10. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
